Photographing maternity, birth, family means holding a position in a fast-changing sector. In 2026, you can generate in seconds an image that looks like a family photograph — but that never existed. No one was there. No one lived this instant. This image has not the same value. This page explains why Studio Timeless, in Limoges, has made the opposite choice since 2008.
Since 2008
Studio Timeless was installed in Limoges in 2008. Fifteen years photographing the inhabitants of the city and Haute-Vienne: families, mothers-to-be, newborns, brides and grooms, professionals. Over 300 Google reviews testify to this continuity.
Manifesto
Photographing is documenting what was lived, not inventing what could have been. A good photograph is not the most flattering. It is the one that tells the truth. When children look at it in twenty years, they will know it was so.
Artisanal intelligence, not artificial intelligence
At the studio, AI does not mean Artificial Intelligence but Artisanal Intelligence. Concretely: light is measured, not estimated. Poses are guided, not generated. Retouching is manual, image by image. Files are saved on physical media.

Are you the only photographer at the studio? ⌄
Studio Timeless has been led since 2008 by a main photographer. For very large events (weddings), a second photographer can intervene.
Do you work outside Limoges? ⌄
For weddings yes. For maternity/newborn/family sessions, the studio remains the main option (with home travel within 20 km).
